Problems with your film or digital camera or slide projector?

We’re here for you.

What we do is an equipment evaluation. In this multi point inspection process we evaluate and test the operations and the condition of your camera. After the evaluation, we will then let you know what if anything needs to be addressed.

Many times, we can correct minor issues during this process. If there are major repair issues, we may be able to help you in house, or we might refer you to a manufacturers facility for a complete overhaul.

The fee for the evaluation is extremely reasonable.

We’ve seen a lot of equipment and problems in our years in the industry (since the 1980’s). Our goal is to get your gear back up and running as cost effective as possible.

There are times, if we feel that your equipment is beyond repair or not cost effective (meaning you could replace it cheaper) we will always tell you that, rather than try to “sell” you some repair service when it’s not in your best interest.

You are welcome to call or email with the make and model of your camera, flash, lens or other equipment and we can let you know if we can help you and approximate time frame. We CANNOT offer evaluations or troubleshooting over the phone without having the equipment to test.

We do everything we can to help our clients, but we are not a full service camera repair facility at this time.

We do not currently offer repair or evaluations on Video cameras or 8mm and 16mm film projectors. Save yourself the hassle, stress and aggravation, we will digitize your video tapes and movie film right inside our studio in Hot Springs. You don’t have to worry at all, just drop them off and relax.
